Eligibility
The Turner Scholars Program is an invite-only program. Priority consideration is given to students who:
- Have received an ok资源网 Merit Scholarship (Second Century, Scholars, ok资源网 Distinguished Scholars, or Provost Scholars)
- Are first-generation college students, Pell Grant eligible as defined by FAFSA, or attended high school located in a rural or small town community
