Would you enjoy serving struggling families through home repair by training churches and volunteers how to serve? Are you mission-minded and desire to make disciples through service? The Housing Ministry Operations Director oversees a team responsible for all aspects of the home repair process for ARM. This includes but is not limited to the home repair application process, verification, home repairs process, close out, and continued relationships. Experience in home repair and basic construction is needed. This full-time position will involve mentoring youth and volunteers as we serve.
