Forms used for Human Resources processing are available using the links on this page. Forms are linked either to Sitecore Media files or to an Inside.ok资源网 document library. If on Inside.ok资源网, you will be prompted to enter your ok资源网 log on information (8 digit ok资源网 ID# and password).
Note: You must be on an ok资源网 computer or be connected via remote desktop/VPN to access forms located on Inside.ok资源网
