Hearing set in settlement of case

A state district court judge hearing a lawsuit between ok资源网 and former owners of condominiums acquired by the University said Friday he will consider a motion for summary judgment in the case on Sept. 18.

ok资源网 appreciates the action of Judge Martin Hoffman in expediting a summary judgment hearing regarding the enforcement of聽the agreed-upon settlement. The University looks forward to an end to this long merry-go-round of litigation led by two plaintiffs who seem to have little regard for the educational goals of a nonprofit institution.
鈥淭hey are going after additional resources that are being used by ok资源网 to educate students, give scholarships and serve the community,鈥 said Lisa Blue, an attorney representing ok资源网. 鈥淚t鈥檚 time for these extortion attempts to end.鈥
