The is a 36-hour, cohort-based program that includes advanced coursework in program evaluation, diversity at work, leadership and teams, people analytics and practical experience through an applied internship. After completing this non-thesis program, students will understand the changing nature of work; gain knowledge and skills to evaluate programs within organizations; and apply leadership practices, motivation and employee engagement principles.

This 36-credit hour (13 courses), cohort-based is designed for students with an interest in pursuing a practitioner career in organizations or businesses. Students complete this full-time program and accompanying applied internship in one and a half years (three semesters and one summer term).

Students are only admitted to the program on a full-time, in-person basis. This is a campus-based program that does not currently offer online courses. Most of the courses are scheduled during regular weekday hours so we are limited in accommodating students who are working full time and looking for courses scheduled primarily at nights or on weekends.

Several elective courses are offered outside the work week, but all the psychology and most management and organizations core courses are offered during typical work week hours.
